Burrata salad

Ingredients

Half a kilo of Crete acorns
1 pouch of burata cheese
150 g crouton of sourdough with beetroot ASK
Pure virgin olive oil
Natural sea salt CAPRIS
Oregano
Balsamic
A little parsley
Kalamata olives

For serving

Serve with a few scattered olives and balsamic vinegar on top.

Burrata salad

Method of execution

Wash the tomatoes well and cut them in half.
In a bowl place the tomatoes, the beetroot croutons, some chopped parsley, salt, oregano, olive oil and mix everything together.
Place the burata on a round plate and surround it with the tomatoes and croutons.
