Vineyard: Mountain vineyards in Kali Sykia at 600 meters altitude. Trygos in mid-September.
Vinification: Classic red vinification and maceration with the grapes for 7 days to obtain the colour and all the aromas. Fermentation at 25 degrees for 10 days.
Character: clear red slightly ruby red colour, red fruit aromas, complex body, round acidity due to the high altitude of the vines. It accompanies excellent meat and braised dishes and most dishes of the Cretan Traditional Cuisine. (DIO certification).
