Flavours of Greece and Cyprus

Anithos (Dill) is an annual herb in the celery family, connected to Greek tradition. It was first found on the island of Samos and was used as an ingredient in winemaking, the wine known as oenothite. Dill requires warm to hot summers with high levels of sunshine.

Anithos is the peak of a twenty something Greek- Cypriot friendship; a celebration of friendship bringing you a unique variety of flavours with first class quality. We chose our delicacies carefully and find producers in Greece, mostly Crete, and Cyprus.

Each product we decide to deliver you, reflects the terroir, origin and brilliant craftsmanship. We have created a portfolio of artisan producers that respect the scent of Greece and the island of Cyprus.
