LAGOS

Varietal composition: 50/50% of the composition of the forest is made up of birch and thrasher.
Category, origin: White Dry Organic Wine. Local Wine of Crete.
Vineyard: Mountain vineyards in Kali Sykia at 600 meters altitude. Trygos in mid-September.
Vinification: Classic white vinification in chilled grapes to extract all the aromas from the first stage. Fermentation at 16 degrees for 10 days in separate tanks and staying with the fine lees for 60 days to enrich the body and aroma. They are then mixed.
Character: clear white-yellow colour, citrus aromas as well as aromas of white tropical fruits such as pineapple and others. Medium body and balanced acidity due to the high altitude of the vineyards. It accompanies excellent fish and shrimps, crayfish as well as white meat and dishes of the Cretan Traditional Cuisine. (DIO certification).

LIFETIME: No expiry date, ageing beyond five years.
Produced and bottled in the European Union (100% Greek product).
Certified in accordance with Reg. (EE) 2018/848.
