Terms and Conditions

Ways of ordering

The orders of our products are made in 3 ways:

> Through our website with the online process.

> By e-mail to info@anithos.gr

> By telephone order.

Products / Availability.

Our company reserves the right to adjust prices if there is a price change from suppliers.

Quantities and suppliers for each product may change depending on availability.

Personal data

For each online purchase, personal data, home address and, if required, a different delivery address are requested. The data and address are used exclusively for the issue of the relevant vouchers and documents.

Offers-discounts

Offers and discounts are for the value of the products and not for transport costs or any other charges.

The offer is also not valid for products that are already on sale.

Payment

For the delivery of an order, payment is required through a deposit to a bank account or payment by credit card through the bank’s secure environment.

Payment includes the total cost of the products and shipping costs, if any.

The shipping cost depends on the destination and weight and you are informed one step before the order is completed.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Dispatches

Orders are delivered by a partner courier company.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched from 2 to 5 working days for Greece from the moment the order is activated, or the deposit of the amount in case of payment by bank transfer.

For international orders, the delivery time varies depending on the country and you will be informed.

For orders within the European Union the delivery time is between 6-12 working days

The delivery time may be changed in case of strikes or extreme weather conditions.

The company is not responsible if its suppliers have not informed in time for lack or removal of their products.

In case of product unavailability we inform you by phone and email.

Returns – Cancellation of orders

Within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, the customer can request its cancellation by sending a message to the Order Department, info@anithos.gr, with the order code. If a product is damaged or destroyed in transit we are obliged to replace it, as long as you inform us immediately.

Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of payment.
